Sadie loves her small square blanket to sleep and cuddle with. She has almost destroyed it by picking the fur off of it, so I figured it was time to make her a new one. It has been fun to pick fabric and ribbon out, and create a new blanket for her.
I love the bright colors and so far she loves it, already getting mad if anyone touches it. 
I also made this one to send to a friend who just had a little boy. I think it turned out soooo cute!
My kids are seriously crazy about puzzles. This is what Sadie has been doing constantly lately.
After each piece she exclaims, "I did it."

Again.We had such a great time this year for Easter. On Saturday morning we took the kids over to Smith's for an Easter egg hunt I saw they were doing in the paper. I figured it was close, inside, and wouldn't be tons of people. It turned out great. Smith's took certain isles, roped it off, and put tons of candy on the ground. Why mess with eggs? I think they were pretty smart about it. Katelyn and Sadie were in different age groups, so I only have pics of Sadie.
This candy will last for awhile. Sadie was so proud of herself and Katelyn couldn't believe how much candy she got.
We watched conference, had an Easter egg hunt, ate crepes for brunch and ham for dinner, and had a cute sheep cake for dessert. I think Sadie had a sugar high for the next few days.
I asked Katelyn to get dressed for church and I came in to find this...
I laughed really hard. I guess pink, Christmas Hello Kitty socks went really well with her new spring skirt. Nate and I convinced her that she would look extra cute if she wore her sandals.
